AI-Smart SME: Transformative power of utilizing AI for SMEs and their employees

Transformation through AI aims to pave the way and provide support for the integration of artificial intelligence within Finnish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their workforce. The platform is regularly updated with accessible expert content, offering insights into the transformative journey of AI for both SMEs and individuals while encouraging the adoption of AI in Finnish businesses. Expect a range of related content, including magazine articles, blogs, interviews, a podcast series, as well as an interactive e-book and webinars.

Artificial intelligence signifies more than just a technological leap; it embodies a cultural and organizational shift where the roles of each company and employee are paramount. A deeper understanding of this transformation and effective communication about it are pivotal steps toward the strategic and efficient integration of AI into Finnish business practices. Given the nearly 300,000 SMEs in Finland, the implementation of AI in these enterprises profoundly influences the country’s competitiveness, societal development, and, at its best, fosters well-being, innovation, and economic growth.

Expert content is being crafted as part of the project AI-Smart SME: The transformative power of utilizing AI for SMEs and their employees at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, spanning from 2023 to 2025.
